Join The Flying Dog Foundation for the Big Game – you’ll have fun and help dogs when you participate in our Football Squares event! Open world-wide.

Here’s how it works:
Donate and get one or more squares on our game grid now through 11:59 PM Eastern Saturday, February 7, 2026. (the day before the "Big Game").
You’ll have 4 chances (one chance  at the end of the first 3 quarters of the game and when we have the final score) to get a percentage of the total amount raised:
50% of total funds collected will be donated to The Flying Dog Foundation. The remaining 50% is paid out to winners in these percentage amounts:
 
1st Quarter: 10%
2nd Quarter: 15%
3rd Quarter: 25%
Final Score: 50% – Overtime (if played) counts toward the final score only.
 
In other words, if all squares/numbers are claimed/sold out, 50% of proceeds would be a maximum of $1,000. 10% is $100, 15% is $150, 25% is $250, and 50% is $500.

IF YOU'RE OUTSIDE THE USA AND WIN COOKIES, you will be responsible for shipping costs (expensive!) or will have the choice of a $10 Etsy eGift card.
 
I don’t know anything about football and math makes my head hurt!
No worries – you don’t need to know anything about football or math!  Simply pick a number(s)/square(s). Each has an equal chance.

Once all the squares have been selected, we will push a button on the backend that will randomly and automatically generate numbers from 0-9 for each team in the Super Bowl and assign those numbers to the top row and left column.
These numbers represent the last number in the score for each team at the end of each quarter. For example,  the score is AFC team 17 -to-  NFC team 14, then the winning square is the one with 7 for AFC and 4 for NFC.

What is the donation per square and the maximum amount that can be raised?
Each square/number is a $20 donation.
You can donate for as many squares/numbers as you’d like.
If a box goes unpicked and becomes a winner, the award for that square reverts back to the dogs via the charity.
 
How do I donate for a square or squares?
Under “Quantity” on this page, enter the number of squares you’d like. 1 square is a $20 donation, 2 squares are a $40 donation etc.

PLEASE USE YOUR FULL NAME when signing up in the grid, not first name only or nickname. You CAN use a nickname or alias for your "Display Name." 
 
We’ll be marking “Paid” on squares that are donated for.
 
If a donation is not received within 24 hours of a square/number being picked, we will make it available for others to select.
 
Do I have to actually watch the Big Game (the Super Bowl) on Sunday, February 9 – or even be in the USA?
No, you do not need to watch the Big Game.
The Flying Dog Football event is open worldwide.
All winners will be notified via eMail or Facebook Messenger
 
What if all 100 of the squares are taken?
If there's a reasonable amount of time left, we’ll create an additional table of squares – easy! It will be a second game and have its very own total amount raised. Each game is autonomous.
 
Proceeds
Money raised from this event will be used to fund grants awarded to our rescue partners to help them save the lives of dogs in dire need.
